I just realized

I think I ate too little today
NOT on purpose, though! I wasn’t home the entire day and there wasn’t much food around. I need to find out how to plan my work out time
because I’m out from 7 in the morning to 7 in the evening. And I don’t like exercising at night because it’s dark and scary outside and I can’t do it inside because I like wearing sneakers when I’m working out. So my plan is to wake up at 5:30 in the morning and exercise until 6:15, shower, and then eat and get ready. But that’s much easier said than done....
