or there’s a stubborn knot there, so right now it’s pretty tender. My sister massaged it today using her Sports Med techniques…OMG SO. PAINFUL. T.T =/ Guess I gotta do some serious arm/ab workouts these next couple of days.

these past five days (with the exception of the stuff on queue). I guess I took a sort of…vacation from my fitspo because my volunteer stuff was ending and for some reason I was exhausted.
