Looking for a dress for my cousin's wedding
that’s at the end of this month. Blah. I hate dress shopping. My tummy is my worst enemy.
I have no idea what size I am either (shopping online, you see).

Sorry if I sound like a noob compared to some of you :P
1. 4 reps of 100 jumping jacks (August jumping jack challenge)

2. 7 5 (my legs are too tired from yesterday. don’t wanna overkill) reps of 10 squats with two 4lb dumbbells, hold 2 seconds per squat

as part of the August jumping jack challenge. I nearly forgot today!
I did them in sets of 50 ‘cause my body was tired from working out today.

Eating cantaloupe :) & today's exercise regime

Anyway, today I exercised for about 30 min. I went on the treadmill and did intervals of walking, power walking, jogging, and running. It was actually pretty cool. I put a bunch of (upbeat-ish) songs that I wanted to listen to into a playlist, pressed shuffle, and chose what method of exercise I wanted to do according to the song.
