I apologize
for not updating in SO LONG. Wow, it’s been forever! But I haven’t given up on my goals yet, although I had a bad eating day today…but I’ve been exercising mostly every day since I’m taking Weights for school. I want to try to add some cardio at least 4x a week in addition to Weights class…I need new running shoes! How have you all been?
