I still feel sick
from binging in the afternoon today. Even after working out. Body, I’m so sorry. I promise not to put you through that again. :( I feel like I’m gonna barf. Ugh.

I don’t know if it’s because stress or because I’ve been exercising more lately, but when I eat, I just want to keep eating stuff. I don’t know if it’s because I’m eating too little because I’m never really “full”...
