Thinks about the stuff I eat
… And I wonder why I can’t lose weight…I think I eat too much now. =/ Sigh. And for some reason, it’s so hard to get up and workout these days. I’m just so tired when I come home from school. T.T
My butt is kinda sore
I know I did my squats right. I was worried I was pushing up with my lower back instead of my legs because I tend to do that with heavier weights. So I guess it’s good to practice form with lower weights—I used two 5 lb dumbbells, 5 sets, 20 reps. I also did 5 sets of 20 lunges with 5 llb dumbbells in between the sets of squats. Actually excited to get back to eating super clean and seeing where the results will bring me. Exams coming up the next couple of weeks, but after that, I can really focus my time on my body and get ready for graduation!

Actually, I'm just gonna take it easy
Various parts of my body, especially my legs, are super sore and I’m on my period. I’m giving myself a break…probably just gonna do a couple five hundred jumping jacks and ab workout.
I might be eating out twice today...
so yeah, it would be in my best interest to do some exercise. Currently 4:40 AM…hmm, I’ll do some Pop Cardio & arm workouts.
Peanut butter on one 100% whole wheat bread, one scrambled egg, greens (Idk what it’s called…it’s Chinese) with a bit of onion that my mom made chicken with, and a teensy bit of salmon. Should’ve taken a picture but I didn’t…maybe next time I have it!
I'm so tired
and I don’t want to go outside and jog because it’s gloomy. And I’m tired and a bit sore. But I’m making myself go anyways. Gonna take the long way to the school, hopefully visit some badminton friends since there’s a match today, then jog back. See ya.
