And then for sprints I’m gonna estimate 20 sec. ‘cause I don’t have a watch and…yeah. Haha.
My hamstrings are so sore
Today, we cleaned out our lockers for Weights. It’s almost over. :( What am I going to do without this class? I won’t have access to a gym until college starts in the fall. I guess I’ll have to make do with cardio and my own body weight until then. :(
